Diamond Parking Service is the oldest parking company worldwide. For over 80 years, Diamond Parking Service has set the standard in the parking industry. Diamond Parking Service has provided solutions on any project related to parking — from design and equipment to leasing and management — from airport parking to special parking programs Diamond Parking Service produces results at a lower cost than anyone else in their industry.

Project Overview

Diamond Parking Service approached Big B Creations to present a strategy for the redesign and restructure of the web site in competition with a number of other web development studios. The primary goal communicated,  identified the need for an enhanced corporate presence to appeal to building and property managers for the potential to manage their parking services.


After presenting Diamond Parking with a strategy for the web site and a number of initial design concepts, Big B Creations was selected as the successful bidder and awarded the project.


The initial goal of the site was to become a genuine tool in advocating that Diamond Parking Services  was so much more than just parking lots. This was facilitated by the promotion of  Branding, Management Experience, and a broad range of services, at more than 1,000 independent locations in 8 states including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Utah, California, Alaska, Hawaii  as well as Vancouver,  B.C., Canada.


Although Diamond Parking Services  initially approached Big B Creations to develop a promotional web site, further consultation highlighted the opportunity for existing and potential customers to research and purchase monthly parking online as well  as streamline many of the cumbersome paper-based internal processes involved in the day to day running of the organization The result, a complete IT strategy that would allow secure purchase of  parking online and day to day running of the business to be combined in a single, intuitive application.


The final application delivered to Diamond Parking three main functions:


  1. Brochure
  2. Monthly Parking with Admin IT Solution
  3. Parking Penalties

Following it's implementation, the monthly parking application was a complete success. Diamond Parking staff members were quick to adopt the new system within a short period of time. The system streamlined the business process dramatically allowing more time for staff to focus on serving customers and improving the business as well as the offering customers the convenience of securing monthly parking through the Diamond Parking website.
