Client: Village at Lovejoy Fountain
Project Overview: Located in downtown Portland, Oregon, the Village at Lovejoy Fountain is one of the first apartment homes to combine quiet, upscale living with the downtown activities of shopping, theater, dining and the waterfront’s parks and festivals.
Challenge: Using existing colors and logo to create a website appealing to the potential tenants of Lovejoy Fountain. The Lovejoy Fountain project was 1st in a series of apartment websites, our goal was to develop a look and feel unique to each community while incorporating common elements like colorful floor plans and maps.
Responsibilities: After capturing a sense of identity for the community, we set out the design based on existing marketing material and conceptualization to develop the unique look and feel we were after. Big B Creations creative writing staff worked with client to develop content while design gathered and produced the floor plans and maps.
New potential tenants can browse the website and learn about the community and amenities, see photos and floor plans and print an application to rent. Existing tenants have available a Service Request Form they can submit at any time to alert management of needs for attention.
The website project was highlighted with video and flash video of the entry fountain and high quality professional photography to highlight the property and ammeneties available to tenants.
