Customer Support Center - Outlook Stationary Setup
Want your E-mail to have more style? Want to maintain your website image and provide a method of driving E-mail traffic directly to your website? Big B Creations can set up an E-mail stationery which you begin using in your messaging by following the steps below. You will need a an already existing E-mail account setup in Microsoft Outlook as well as web Hosting to keep certain pieces of your E-mail stationery available. Please remember that before you can use a special company stationery in Microsoft Outlook, you need to create one in a program such as PhotoShop or Illustrator and save it into a folder on your computer.
>> Open up Microsoft Outlook
Click on Tools menu, then on Options.
The Options Box will appear.

Click on the "Mail Format" Tab.
Go to the Stationery and Fonts Selections.

You may choose an existing stationery from the list. If you would like to create a new Stationery in Microsoft Outlook please go to the next step.
To select a default stationery that already exists in the Microsoft Outlook Stationery Folder, click on the Default Drop Down Box.
Click on the stationery type you would like to use.
Click OK

If you would like to create a new Stationery in Microsoft Outlook click on the "Stationery Picker..." button.

Here you can choose to click on an existing Stationery to preview it, you can remove stationeries, get more stationeries from Microsoft or you can Create custom stationeries.
To create a new stationery click on the "new" button.

Enter the name that you would like to call the Stationery.
Click the "Start with a blank stationery.
Enter a Title for your new stationery.
Click Next >

>> Edit New Stationery
Open your web page Stationery Template in Internet Explorer. Select All (Ctrl+A) and copy the page to your clipboard.
Right Click in the Preview: box and paste your clipboard contents (Ctrl+V).
Make a font and background selection as desired and click OK.

You can choose the type of Font to use in your E-mails by clicking on the "Fonts" button.

You can see the fonts already selected to be used in Microsoft Outlook.
To change a font click on one of the "Choose Font" buttons.

In this box you have the options of selecting the font type, font style, font size, font effects, font script, and even the font color.
Once you have selected your options click ok.

You are now finished selecting or creating both your Microsoft Outlook Stationery and Fonts.
Click OK and you can now start sending E-mails with your company's stationery.
