File Transfer Protocol (FTP)

For clients who frequently need to share large files the Web Browser FTP Server is a great system. No special software is needed to administer and use this system as it runs in Internet Explorer (Other browsers not supported). Using a web-based file management system for sharing files with support for user permissions and quota limits. It features an easy user interface and online administration system which will allow you to manage users/groups/permissions without the need of server configuration knowledge or additional software to learn, install or support.

To get you started, Big B Creations will create a new Web Browser FTP Server Administrator Account and Domain mapping such as http://ftp.yourDomain.com. Once a new Web Browser FTP Server Account has been setup, an E-mail is sent to the client with the necessary information to log in. Once logged into the Web Browser FTP Server, clients can start setting up users and groups for their staff and clients. If you are a user of a client that has an Account to use the Web Browser FTP Server, please contact them for a username and password.

Big B Creations has created this FTP Setup Guide page for clients who do not have access to our Web Browser FTP Server but need to either upload or download files onto our FTP server. You will need a username and password that will be provided to you from a Big B staff member.
