Customer Support Center - FTP Setup Guide

You will need a username and password that will be provided to you from a Big B staff member.

Download the FileZilla FTP Software & follow the steps below to connect.

Click on File menu, then on Site Manager.

Click on new Site button.

Click Normal bullet.

Type in your user name and password.

Click the passive mode bullet then click OK.

Click Connect. You are then connected to the FTP server.

On the left side of the program scroll through the Local Site until the folder is in the Filename box below it.

Drag the folder or document into the Remote Site Filename window (Right side).

File will then upload.

You may or may not be prompted to make a decision to overwrite an existing file.

You are finished and can exit by clicking File, Exit.
