Help Desk / Issue Tracker
Big B Creations' customers are offered access to the Big B Help Desk to create trouble tickets (Issues) for expedited resolution of issues. The Big B Help Desk is a web based system allows the Big B team to respond and manage client requests.
Big B Creations uses Issue Tracker to manage client requests and provide visibility and tracking of various issues. Typical requests can include new work orders or tech support notifications for IT Services or Website Development projects.
We create a new Help Desk Account for every client. Once the Help Desk Account has been setup, an E-mail is sent to the client for confirmation and the necessary information to log into the Issue Tracker. Once a client has the log in information they can start sending all issues to Big B Help Desk.

Big B Issue Tracker Program
Issue Tracker is available to our clients to submit reports for issues and problems which Big B Creations can use to figure out what the problem is and assess the best course of action to remedy the problem.
The Issue Tracker Application is a line-of-business applications allowing project teams to keep track of outstanding issues, assigned owners, history and related issues through a Web-based Interface.
Big B Issue Tracker Interface is implemented using ASP.Net technology and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Database, and does not require any complex installation of Java or ActiveX controls or server knowledge. Big B Issue Tracker Interface is compatible with Internet Explorer 5 (and above) and Netscape Communicator 6 (and above) and Mozilla Firefox 1 (and above).
