If this confirmation E-mail is not deliverable the submission will be denied. Once the confirmation E-mail has been sent, you will have 48 hours to click on the link and confirm you are the owner of the webpage/website. If you miss the 48 hour window, the webpage/website will be required to be resubmitted. I you are required to resubmit your webpage/website, then the entire process will have to be redone with E-mail confirmations.
